SOZO LAND is operated by Philia Industries Pty Ltd, trading as SOZO LAND (“sozo”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using our website or placing an order.

Online store 

Our website is operated using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or interfere with the operation or security of our website.

We may update, change or discontinue parts of our website from time to time without notice.

Products

We do our best to display our products, colours, prints and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

As many sozo pieces are made from printed or patterned fabrics, placement of prints may vary slightly between individual garments.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, withdraw products or discontinue styles at any time.

Sizing

Sizing and fit information provided on our website is intended as a guide.

Please review the relevant product information and size guide before purchasing. If you need help choosing a size, you can contact us before placing your order.

Orders

By placing an order with SOZO LAND, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• there has been an error in pricing or product information;
• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to your original payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring the information supplied with your order, including your email and delivery address, is accurate.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your location or selected market.

Australian orders are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

For international orders, prices may be displayed and charged in the currency applicable to your selected market. Where currency conversion applies, prices may vary based on current exchange rates.

International customers may be responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors.

 

Discounts and promotions 

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any conditions communicated with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

We may modify or end a promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

Pre-orders

Some sozo products may be offered for pre-order before they are ready for dispatch.

The estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, dispatch timing may depend on the shipping information provided at checkout or on the relevant product page.

If there is a significant delay affecting a pre-order, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur after an order has been handed to the relevant carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and store credits are handled in accordance with our Returns + Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns + Exchanges Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where a product has a major problem or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the SOZO LAND website — including our branding, logos, graphics, photographs, illustrations, designs, prints, text and other creative material — is owned by or licensed to SOZO LAND and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
